2008 Mental Toughness Seminar

In this special Trimp Tennis event, sports guru Fritz Earle will share his techniques for helping athletes develop mental toughness that helps them in both sports and everyday life. His seminar will address over 20 different areas of mental toughness, including:
 
  • Traits of Mentally Tough Individuals
  • How Emotions Effect Your Performance
  • Steps to Setting Goals Effectively
  • The Importance of Designing and Controlling Your Self Talk
  • Training Strategies to Accelerate the Mental Toughness Process
 

Fritz taught tennis for nearly 50 years and is a USPTA Master Professional, one of the first 19 awarded in 1983.  He has coached a variety of other sports including, swimming, skiing, gymnastics, water polo, wrestling, fly fishing and golf.

He is a Clinical Hypnotherapist recognized by 3 national organizations, and has used his background and training to develop specific methods for reprogramming performing athletes and help them become mentally tough individuals..

Fritz has worked with individual Olympians as well as Olympic teams on their mental toughness.  He has worked with professional, world class, collegiate, high school, and amateur athletes as well as teams in tennis, golf, baseball, skiing, swimming, soccer, synchronized swimming, triathlon, basketball, as well as a world class rodeo cowboy.



“Toughness is not a result of luck or fate, but it is carefully planned.  It happens because you make it happen.” At the 2008 Mental Toughness Seminar, you’ll learn how to make it happen.
