What is your weather policy?
During the outdoor season (March through December), all classes will be cancelled if it’s raining. If classes are cancelled you will be notified by the lead teaching instructor by email.
 
Do you carry loaner racquets?
At certain locations, we carry demo racquets that can be borrowed if you forget your racquet, or if you would like to test out a racquet you may be interested in purchasing.
 
What kind of payment plans do you have?
All of our junior clinics at all clubs can be signed up and paid for online at enrollment and possibly also at check-in depending on the club/neighborhood. Please check with the head professional at your club with questions.
 
Most adult clinics are pay at check-in directly to the teaching instructor of that specific class. Please make sure to consult the instructor of your class to verify payment.
 
Trimp Tennis Academy payment details can be accessed on the ACADEMY LINK. Online payment is available. Over the phone payment is also available. Contact Katie at Katie@trimptennis.com for more details.
 
Do you do background checks on your staff?
Yes. We do a background check on each of our staff, and ensure that they are well-qualified for their position.
 
What is the dress code?
Tennis shoes are required to maintain the quality of the courts. Appropriate tennis attire is encouraged.
 
What kind of courts do you provide?
Clay and hard courts are available at most Trimp Tennis locations.
 
What is QuickStart?
